Do I need to use all the vendors?

No, not at all. You are welcome to use as many (or as few) StudioWed vendors as you’d like for your wedding. We are here to help with exactly what you need. There is never any pressure or sales tactics at StudioWed.

Is there a catch?

Not at all. StudioWed has 35-40 of the best wedding and creative professionals in each market. Our carefully screened professionals are paying members of StudioWed. They use the studio as meeting space, for networking and as a resource for their clients. StudioWed is completely complimentary for brides and grooms without any catch!

Can I contact vendors myself?

Yes, you are welcome to contact StudioWed professionals directly. We are also happy to check their availability, confirm pricing and schedule consultations for you at no cost.

Do you do what an event planner does?

Our studio manager does a few tasks that event planners do such as checking vendor availability, recommending vendors who fit your style and budget and scheduling consultations with our professionals. A professional wedding planner will do those tasks and SO much more. A professional wedding planner will attend vendor meetings with you, keep track of your budget, design your wedding, assist with the overall style, keep you on track with the planning process and be with you on the wedding weekend to coordinate your celebration.

What kind of benefits can StudioWed offer my creative business?

StudioWed is a stylish studio and meeting space that is available for you to use 24/7 for your business. The studio is conveniently located in the Santa Fe Arts District. In addition to studio space, we foster a strong community with our StudioWed members including quarterly meetings to network and talk shop with fellow creatives along with occasional social events for our members.

Do you have private desks or offices available?

The studio is an open floor plan with four distinct meeting areas plus one large desk workspace. Meeting areas are easily reserved with our online calendar or you can stop by the studio and work at any of the open areas.

Can I use the studio as my business address?

Yes, absolutely.

Is there a place in the studio to keep my business cards or marketing materials?

Yes, all of our members have a display shelf or wall space to display your work and marketing materials.

Will you refer leads to my wedding business?

StudioWed is a local resource for engaged couples. We take time to sit down with every inquiry to learn about their wedding style and budget. Then we refer the inquiry to our wedding professionals who fit what the couple is looking for.

How much does it cost?
