Some are resorts, some are cities, but over the next couple of months,  I&#8217;ll be sharing my #1 travel destinations. Because really, who could  pick just one?<\/p>\n<p>First up is the <a href=\"http:\/\/villagio.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Villagio Inn and Spa in Yountville, California<\/a>, nestled in next to Napa Valley. Napa Valley is synonymous with wine country exclusivity in the US, and I fell in love with this family owned and operated boutique hotel.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/villagio.com\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1182\" title=\"Villagio\" src=\"https:\/\/studiowed.net\/atlanta\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/Villagio11.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"940\" height=\"420\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The hotel is located on the 23-acre Vintage Estate, which is home to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.botteganapavalley.com\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Michael Chiarello&#8217;s Bottega restaurant<\/a> and other lifestyle shops and galleries, restaurants, a wine cellar, and even a small country inn. Villagio, however, was recently <a href=\"http:\/\/www.travelandleisure.com\/worldsbest\/2010\/hotels\" target=\"_blank\">named one of the Top 50 Hotels in the United States and Canada by Travel + Leisure<\/a>. Now it&#8217;s time to check out the gorgeous Villagio Inn and Spa and the Vintage Estate.
