Flanked by the Buffet and Piano Rooms (each measuring 290 square feet), the Fireside Room also adjoins a 1,500 square-foot patio. Capacity is 200 guests maximum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2481\" title=\"25592_109695499055785_4163491_n\" src=\"https:\/\/studiowed.net\/denver\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/25592_109695499055785_4163491_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>THE CARRIAGE HOUSE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Located beside the Mansion, the 440-square-foot Carriage House is available for weddings and other small gatherings. This once-upon-a-time home of horse-drawn carriages and Model T&#8217;s has its own kitchenette and restrooms, plus French doors leading to a 266-square-foot flagstone patio.
