It’s no secret to Nashville that The Cupcake Collection can bake a good cupcake – since the business opened in 2008, it has racked up quite a few honors, including the Toast of Music City Best Bakery (2009, 2010, 2011), Best of Nashville Writer’s Choice (2009), and the JUMP Best Specialty Shop (2009, 2010) – but according to Mignon Francois, it’s not just about the business, “We’re always looking for opportunities to affect others with our cupcakes.”
