I am excited to introduce Sophie, with Sweet Zion Paperie!

1. How long have you been in business? I began my business 4 years ago! Crazy how time flies by – especially when you are having fun!
2. What is your favorite thing about working in the wedding industry? You are surrounded with beauty at every glance – florals, fashion, organization, and of course – stationery. Everything is just so darn beautiful and creative.
3. What is a fun fact about you? I am also a singer/songwriter – I play the piano and sing.
4. If you could invite three people to have dinner with you, who would you pick? My husband (I married a good one), my brother, and my grandfather who have passed away – I would have loved for my husband to have met them.
5. What is your dream vacation? Well, there are many places in the world I have yet to travel, but I have been to some amazing spots – the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever taken was to Cancun or Turks & Caicos, my favorite place I’ve ever been was Ghana, West Africa where I lived for a short time.
6. The three items you can’t live without are… Hairspray, Family, and a good dish of Pad Thai.
7. What is your favorite food? Oh – so many. I love Frozen Yogurt, any Asian food, and I love my husband’s famous smoothies.
8. Who is your favorite band/musician? A very tough questions, but for me it’s probably Coldplay. I enjoy most all kinds of music (except country).
9. What was your favorite childhood toy or game? Guess Who.
10. What language would you like to learn? I would love to become fluent in Spanish – I speak it fairly well, but would love to be able to use it conversationally with native speakers.

I am excited to introduce Rachael Peffer, with Girls and Curls!

1. How long have you been in business? I started Girls and Curls in February 2002.
2. What is your favorite thing about working in the wedding industry? I love that every bride and every wedding is different! I get to personalize each wedding. It challenges me and lets the inner artist have fun!
3. What is a fun fact about you? I’m a pretty normal person, although I’m sure my friends would tell you otherwise!  A fun fact about me is that I married my high school sweetheart!
4. If you could invite three people to have dinner with you, who would you pick? I’m sure everyone picks someone famous or historic but my guests would be my two Grandpas and my Dad who have all passed too soon!
5. What is your dream vacation?  Oh boy, that is a hard one because the kid in me LOVES Disneyworld but the romantic in me loves the Caribbean!
6. The three items you can’t live without are…Mascara, sweats and my husband.  Yes, I’m cheesy but he’s my best friend.
7. What is your favorite food?  It used to be pizza but since I try to eat Paleo…no, it’s pizza!
8. Who is your favorite band/musician? Any 80’s band works for me!
9. What was your favorite childhood toy or game?  It’s a toss up between Barbie and Hot Wheels. I loved to play with Barbies but I am a car girl, even to this day. I love the girly stuff associated with hair/makeup and I enjoy (treasure) my cars.
10. What language would you like to learn?  Actually, I have Rosetta Stone Dutch on my computer! I’m 1/2 Dutch and have close family in Holland so I thought it would be fun to chat with them in their language for once.
