January, February, and March were the busiest ever at Little White Dress Bridal Shop. It’s fascinating, exciting, and rewarding to be part of such a special time in the lives of so many different women. Each and every bride has such an interesting story to share. Direct from the forefront of the bridal business, here’s my take on what today’s bride wants:

• Brides want to be heard. Listening, really listening, to the stories and needs of your customer goes a long way.
• Brides want to make buying decisions they feel good about, with the support of close family and friends.
• Brides want photographs and visuals, and they want mobile access to your website and social media from their cell phones and iPads.
