There are 11 cake flavors and 9 fillings to choose from.  Popular flavor combination are Autumn Spice- a pumpkin cake with maple cream filling, Mounds of Flavor- a coconut cake with chocolate ganache filling, and and of course Classic Red Velvet cake with cream cheese filling.
