We love pretty weddings, that’s a given. Wedding flowers are typically what most people use to create a beautiful wedding but there are other ways to add beauty to your wedding. We LOVE our flowers so it’s important what you put your flowers on. Your linens are just as important as the flowers because they can elevate your design to the next level. The linens are the frame to showcase the floral painting. Linens shouldn’t be used to compete with any other element but to complement, whether it a color, texture or pattern. Our advice for choosing your linens is to put your high impact linens in places that will make a big impact but not overpower. We love to put the really fun linens on high cocktail tables where they will be seen but there won’t be too many of them. Remember when choosing linens for your dinner tables to keep in mind the texture to make sure glasses and plates will sit right. You don’t want your wine glass to topple over! Wedding linens have come along way over the years and you have so many options now to create the perfect look that you don’t always have to choose the black, white or ivory default. From sequins to stripes to ruffles, wedding linens are a great way to take your wedding design to the next level.

Braidstream gave us their advice for the wedding day, some very true words for brides (and grooms!).

To the bride: take several deep breaths after your processional music  begins and before you begin your walk down the isle. Give yourself plenty of time to savor every moment.

Be timeless. Create a memory. “Do not forsake the journey for want of the goal”. Your processional is as significant as any other part of the ceremony.
