Happy New Year from all of us Asheville Wedding Pros from StudioWed Asheville!  2011 was a great year for us…

We moved into our new bigger space, and brides and grooms have loved it!  One bride told us it was like going to her girlfriends house to plan a wedding…so sweet!

We started our StudioWed Vendor Accreditation program.  A resource for all of our wedding professionals to take classes on a variety of topics.  Whether it be on social media and blogging, or our year end retreat, where we brought in top speakers in the wedding industry to speak.  Amazing.  The fab Sean Low from The Business of Being Creative and Rebecca Grinnals from Engaging Concepts spoke on business and the state of our wedding industry.

We helped many, many couples looking for their wedding team.  We had a record weekend of 19 appointments in 2 days.  Whew!  The energy in all the planning was so much fun!

We participated in a trunk show for local wedding gown boutique, Wedding Inspirations!  All brides received “bride” StudioWed hoodies and a bag to put all their wedding plans in.

We sponsored a family for Christmas for the Salvation Army.  We all got together for a holiday party…but instead of gifts, we all donated to help one family with 3 kids make their Christmas.

So what does all of this mean to you?

Your wedding team is here.  And when we say wedding team, it truly is a team of professionals.

We are here to help guide you through the process, and be a resource to you in this most amazing time.

We all invest in our own businesses to always, always strive to take it to the next level.  For you.  Because you deserve only the best on your wedding day.  Seriously.

We are a community, and we give back to the community.  My heart was warm on Christmas morning thinking of that family, and those kids…and knowing that they were all together, as a family.

So many times us vendors at StudioWed work together.  We see each other every weekend, and truly enjoy working with each other!  Rarely do we get pictures of us all “caught in the act” on the wedding day ~ so imagine how fun it is to see these in our inbox from a wedding this past summer!
