Every year the owner of Wildflower Bridal, Margaux, packs her bags and heads to New York for Bridal New York Fashion Week.  Margaux goes and checks out the trends, the beautiful new releases, and what to add to her bridal shop for our Asheville brides.  When she is attending Bridal Fashion Week it is one of favorite times to follow her on social media.  I mean what gal doesn’t love to dream over beautiful wedding dresses?  That being said here is in update from Wildflower Facebook page of just some of the beautiful dresses and new trends that she witnessed at Bridal Fashion Week.  Time to get wedding dress shopping!

We love taking a look back at some of the timeless Asheville weddings that our StudioWed Asheville vendors partake in.  The one that we are featuring today on the blog is a throwback to Autumn 2015.  The happy couple were from South Africa and chose Homewood to be their wedding venue.  The wonderful Events By Kiersa team planned this autumn celebration and of course Asheville Marriages officiated this beautiful couples wedding.  From blueberry pies, bluegrass music, to the rustic florals (one being the South African flower), this wedding was truly beautifully done.  This wedding had hints of local Asheville and many touches of South Africa for their guest to enjoy.  Check out the pictures below!

October is the busiest time to get married in Asheville.  The venues book up way in advance and so do our wedding vendors.  I would estimate at least a year in advanced if not earlier.  That being said if you want to get married in Asheville in October you should reach out to StudioWed and we will help get something booked for you asap.  Why is it so popular? We love it when our wedding vendors share that it has been one year since a couple that they worked with has been married.  Such a happy moment!  It is always so great to see the adventures that a couple embarks on and watch their marriage grow after their wedding day. That being said Mozingo Photography recently posted a “happy anniversary” post to this happy couple and the wedding was too beautiful not to share!  It rained on their wedding day but it looks like that didn’t stop them.  The pictures turned out gorgeous and their are so many sweet moments through out the wedding.  This wedding took place at The Farm, and check out the pictures below.  Happy anniversary you two!
