Humor is both stress-reducing and fun, but it can also help maintain a healthy relationship.
Sweating the small stuff can slowly eat away at a relationship, so make sure to laugh as much as possible!
If your partner burns dinner or backs into the neighbor’s car (I’ve done both!), laughing it off is better than getting angry in the long-run.
Sometimes this takes a conscious effort; just remember that everyone makes mistakes and it’s not the end of the world.
