When we {Nicole and Ian Riley} founded StudioWed in 2007, we had no idea what an incredible journey it would lead us to.  We have been thrilled with the growth and the changes over the last few years.  It has been an amazing experience to see this little dream turn into what it is today.

It has been a BUSY year at StudioWed and I know you will love some of the new and exciting things we will be launching in the next year.  We have some fab projects in the works for all of our brides + grooms that we are beyond excited to implement!

One of our biggest projects has been defining who we are and what we stand for.  We know that amongst this amazing collective of wedding professionals in 4 cities across the country, we have an incredible sense of family.  We have common goals, and common needs.  We help each other.  When we go to visit other studios – we hear the word “family”.  And so today, we are unveiling “The StudioWed Way”… The Culture and What We Stand For.  So what does this mean for you?

As a couple planning a wedding, you know that we, as a collective, stand behind each and every word listed below.  We help each other.  We commit to creating an experience. We are engaged and passionate.  We are a family.  And we have fun.  And you…can have confidence in the integrity of the team.

So thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to be a part of your wedding planning.  We look forward to chatting with you all very soon!

More StudioWed Atlanta weddings in this issue of Southern Weddings!  This time, it’s major props to everyone who was a part of this special day for our lovely StudioWed couple, Eddie and Jordan.  Michelle and the team at Lemiga Events went over the top planning this wedding.  From the beautiful blooms from Jackson Durham and stunning, unique rentals from Settee Event Decor to a truly extravagant cake made by Sweet Sensations it was the absolute perfect occasion for the perfect couple.  Custom save the dates and invitations were provided by Foglio Press.  I Do Linens incorporated her coveted linens for the tablescapes and Unique Event Management brought a special glow to everything.  It doesn’t stop there, folks… The groomsmen were seriously stylin’ in khaki and purple with their Guffeys Tuxedo Rentals.  Beautiful pictures by Harwell Photography!

It’s here, folks!  The new edition of Southern Weddings hit shelves this week!! This means we get to show off all of our absolutely fabulous StudioWed vendors who do such incredible work that they can’t help but get picked up.  One of our faves is the wedding of Ella and Gerard.  Here’s who made this big day happen.  Atlanta’s Vintage Event Rental Company Settee Event Decor provided unique furniture and accents for the ceremony and reception.  The gorgeous chairs, glassware, flatware and china were all from We Rent Atlanta.  Custom table linens from I Do Linens created spectacular tablescapes that fit perfectly with the couple’s theme… honey & pecan.  Scoobie West did the bride’s hair and makeup.  And Sweet Sensations delivered a simple, elegant and absolutely delicious cake.  Way to go guys!
