Hello Brides! Hope you all enjoyed your weekends – For the team here at StudioWed it was a busy frenzy of some of the most beautiful, breath-taking creations I have ever seen. The event? Bridal Extravaganza of Atlanta. The task? StudioWed set out to create a Great Gatsby wonderland of vintage-inspired decor for brides to swoon over.
And did they swoon! Whether it was an “ooh” and “ahh” over the twinkling lights hung between luxe layers of gold and sheer drape from Event Drapery…
…or a squeal of delight over the unexpected combination of I Do Linens’ sequins and fur donning the grand estate table…
…inspiration and delight was to be had. Fingertips couldn’t resist the delicately adorned stationery boxes and menu cards from Papered Wonders…
…the cakes from Sweet Sensations proved a sugary highlight…
…and I swear I could spot a tear of awe every now and then over the indulgent bloom bouquets from Jackson Durham.
But it wasn’t just eye candy in the StudioWed booth… Lemiga Events helped eager I Do-ers put together color inspiration boards with hundreds of swanky swatches.
Amp’d Atlanta and One Sound & Entertainment rivaled sound systems with fun tunes for our guests.
Epting‘s chefs served up homemade Chicken Salad, Tomato and Mozzarella Salad and sweet, nutty muffins…
…and for dessert, For Goodness Cakes (NACE winner!) passed out delectable iced cake treats of Strawberries and Cream, Cinnamon, Toasted Butter Pecan and Raspberry Champagne.
So the only thing missing here is a way to remember it by… And our own Janet Howard Studio invited brides and their friends to don a fur coat, strike a Gatsby-fied pose on Irvin Antley’s vintage settee and capture the day of inspiration on film.
