First Look – First WOW!

Hello fellow Brides!

Wanted to share a pretty exciting experience with you all… Today I had what was called my “first look.” Basically, the incredible creative team I’ve got working with me took all the ideas, emails, inspiration and enthusiasm I’ve expressed over colors, textures and blooms in the last few weeks and put them together into one unified sneak peek into what my wedding will look like!

Now, I can’t deny that I’ve experienced the wedding-day nightmares already. You know what I am talking about–sleep tormented by bad dreams of chaotic ceremonies, wardrobe malfunctions and overall underwhelment–but no amount of nighttime terror could prevent the magic that happened today!!

It was exactly what I had in mind! Subtle, blush blooms mixed with pristine white and organic earth tones (thank you, genius Savage Garden). And if you’re going to pretend to know me at all, plenty of gold shimmer (linens by I Do Linens and drape from Event Drapery)! Think Gatsby in the garden… I’m on Cloud 9!

Next up – Waiting on a stationery proof from Foglio Press! Anyone suggest a fun a new scroll font?

Open House at StudioWed!

It’s too early in the year to already have plans on the weekends… That is, unless you’re engaged! And in that case, you better start filling up that agenda book with appointments, consultations and inspiring strolls through the city’s social events.

Start things off with a tour through StudioWed next Saturday, January 14th from 11am to 4pm. You’ll meet our fantastic creative team members and get a taste of what it’s like to plan the wedding of your dreams without ANY of the rumored stress. Plus, we can get you on the books to start talking wedding day details with the vendors you meet!

Hope to see you guys there!
