Ladies – The time has come. It’s been a month. We’ve got to work out again.

Whether you want to completely transform your body for the big day or you just want to tone up and feel great, working out is the way to get there. And, in case you hadn’t noticed, it’s WAY more fun when you do it with a group of your favorite gals.

This week, we head to CHAOS Conditioning in Buckhead – Owned and coached by local fitness phenom Jeff Baird, it’s an intimate gym filled with just the right amount of intensity for your and your goals.
