As any wedding lover knows, Say Yes to the Dress on TLC is gown heaven. So all of us Atlanta wedding folk were so excited when we got word that TLC was bringing Say Yes to the Dress to Atlanta, and then we got even happier when we found out it was being shot at Bridals by Lori. The boutique has been open for thirty years and brings brides the most stylish dresses for their wedding day.

To celebrate Bridals by Lori’s 30th anniversary and the premiere of the show, Brides Atlanta, brides.com, and Bridals by Lori threw a fabulous party at 200 Peachtree. StudioWed was thrilled to team up with the Atlanta Wedding Loft to make this event happen, and our vendors really outdid themselves.

Thanks to The Decisive Moment for capturing the night.

Over 900 people RSVP’ed to this event. The entrance was a madhouse, but when they finally made it past the rope, the guests were ready to go!

Of course there were gorgeous dresses everywhere. Our cake bakeries made cakes replicating these two dresses in 200 Peachtree’s iconic front window.

This beautifully textured cake is by Sugarplum Visions.

Sweet Sensations replicated a dress by Lazaro for this cake.

Models also roamed the party to show off other designs from Bridals by Lori.

Everything about this party was a good time: the dresses, the food, the desserts, the premiere of the show, and mingling with Atlanta’s best vendors and designers.

Make sure to watch Say Yes to the Dress Atlanta on TLC Fridays at 9pm!

It was so much fun to work with Atlanta Wedding Loft vendors Sun in My Belly and The Decisive Moment. And as always, I want to give a big thank you to our awesome vendors who work tirelessly to put on these events. So thanks to Lemiga Events for planning the event, Dreamy Gelato and Chocolates for their always delectable gelato (and the gelato cart!), Sweet Sensations and Sugarplum Visions for the cakes and desserts, Peachy Treats for the yummy candy buffet, Tasty Pastry for their desserts, Event Rentals Unlimited for the rentals, Boutier Wine and Design for the favors, and The Moore Agency for the hair and makeup of all of the night’s models.
