I love to treat myself to simple things and nothing cheers me up more than a beautiful fragrant bouquet of flowers. Flowers are a timeless component of any special occasion. At Studio Wed, we love what Blossoms Atlanta has been creating for our brides special day. Not only can Blossoms Atlanta make intricate and beautiful arrangements for all special occasions but also create the perfect accessory (other than the groom) for any brides wedding day. Monique’s ability to put together beautiful flower combinations and creative accents such as pearls and crystals makes us proud to have her in our studio!
Monique focuses on the bride and truly makes each client’s experience the best it can possibly be and has been doing so for 31 years! From burlap and lace to chic Victorian era accents, Monique does it all!

Here are some tips when shopping for a florist:
-Make sure to check out their work and see if their style meshes with yours.
-Keep in mind any allergies your bridal party may have
-Consider mixing real and fabric flowers with paper flowers for added textures
-Make sure you know who will be preparing the flowers on your wedding day
-Remember that at the end of the day you are marrying the love of your life, so don’t sweat the small stuff!
As an intern at Studio Wed I get to see all the beautiful and exciting new trends in the bridal industry. Having Hi Note as one of our vendors is amazing. Erin and Michael are a husband and wife duo with a combined knowledge of Graphic Design, Interior Design and Industrial Design and use that industry experience to bring each client’s story to life. They have been a part of the wedding industry for three years and see the rise of trends like blushes and soft pinks combined with neutrals such as grey and khaki, or the use of customized materials such as wood, metal, fabric, and acrylic. I really love that they also strive to recycle and use FSC certified paper for the environmentally conscious couple. In a nutshell, they are as adorable as their designs. I can’t wait to see what else Erin and Michael will be bringing into the studio!

No StudioWed event is complete without the simple trill of a songbird. Or, in this specific case, the lovely Casey Harper. An Atlanta singer/songwriter with an ear for the whimsical and pretty much one of the most adorable people we’ve seen, we’re extra giddy over the announcement that she will be performing LIVE at The Bridal Tea on Sunday, March 3rd.
