So technically the mother of all horse races, the Kentucky Derby, was actually the inspiration for this week’s board. But Tennessee’s Iroquois Steeplechase is coming up this weekend (as well as my college graduation! Yea Class of 2011!!!!!!) so in the spirit of that, I present to you this…

Never in my life have I heard of or seen a pair of “barefoot sandals,” but aren’t they so neat? I couldn’t see myself ever paying $600 for a pair of soleless sandals. But how unique! Perfect for an (expensive) beach wedding?!

You get a double dose of lovely in today’s Photo of the Week. I loved this eclectic country wedding by Kristyn Hogan from the start, from the bride+groom’s cute look to the colorful glassware and her quilted dress-back. Love.
