StudioWed Nashville Wedding Inspiration | Escort Cards for Fall

We are continuing our fall wedding trends with some fun ideas for escort cards!

Light the way to your table with these candle escort cards! Candles are always a great choice and can always be reused as favors for the end of the night! Just attach a name and table number to each candle and you’re set!

These little bird escort are simple and adorable! We love the idea of putting the cards on top of the wine glasses, how unique!

Why not provide a small appetizer along with your escort cards as shown in this picture. Using things like apples as part of the escort card are great for fall decor!

These two escort card ideas are great for the fall and super easy to make! If you’re feeling crafty you can use any kind of fall paperweight and spray paint them the color of your choice. Another great option is the tree stump escort card holder! These are great for a more natural wedding. Plus when using decor as part of the escort cards, it adds a little flair to the dinner table!

Last but certainly not least is one of our personal favorites! These escort cards are very elegant featuring old handkerchiefs wrapped up with a flower. Even better, change up the colors of the handkerchiefs to match the theme of your wedding! Great for any season of wedding!

And finally, we will leave you with some StudioWed favorites, compliments of A Delightful Day, Brocade Designs, Southern Events, and some crafty SW brides!

As we head into our Fall wedding season, take a look at what is trending!

Brides are going simple this season with a more rustic feel to their wedding! Items that are thrifted or worn give a warm and natural feel of southern comfort. Check out these great finds at Southern Events: Nashville Party Rental:

Top Right: Use these vintage doors not only as photo backdrops but door or aisle entries as well! Top Left: Chalkboards are in this season. Use them as decorations, menus, or even photo backdrops! Bottom Left: Brides are using rustic beverage carriers to add a little flare to their wedding. Bottom Right: Use these vintage suitcases as tables or just as decor for this fall season.

Subtle and more natural tones are perfect for a fall wedding.

This is a collection of decor from Brocade Designs featuring our fall colors of burnt orange, brown, yellow, and burgundy.

And what a great way to end our fall post with this beautiful flower bouquet from Brocade Designs!

StudioWed Real Nashville Wedding | Katie and Brent

After meeting Katie and Brent back in February, we were thrilled to publish their engagement photos on the blog a few months later.  And now, we are so excited to share the gorgeous couple’s beautiful wedding photos from last weekend by Nashville’s Lotus Blossom Photography!

This has been one of the rainiest summers in Nashville that I can remember.  But thankfully the rain stopped and the sun shone bright making Katie and Brent’s wedding day one of the most beautiful days we’ve had all year.  Their traditional Greek Orthodox ceremony was truly breathtaking and the reception at Belle Meade Plantation was both stylish and fun!  Thank you Katie and Brent for having me there to capture your memories! -Amber, Lotus Blossom Photography
