Venue Setting

Located just South of downtown Nashville, Houston Station is one of the city’s hottest venues. With exposed brick and heavy timber, the building is filled with historic finishes and rustic charm. The transformative layout and multiple rooms are ideal for weddings, corporate events with breakout rooms, and music showcases. The venue contains an infinite amount of possibilities with several rooms to facilitate your event needs. Bride and groom suites and a green room are available for you to relax and prepare during your event day.

Additional Charges: A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a date. This also serves as a cleaning fee. You are also required to purchase day of insurance. You may purchase this through your insurance company or through www.wedsafe.com. You should be able to purchase $1million in insurance for less than $200.

The Scene:: With glamor and grit, Houston Station glows as the event space with the heart and soul of Music City. Outstanding restoration weds 1800’s industrial chic and 21st century amenities. Four minutes from Downtown, near Greer Stadium. Valet parking. Vendor friendly. Historic spaces accommodate up to 350 seated guests and dancing. Brick, heavy timber, hardwood floors, great acoustics. Located next to the railroad tracks, the train sits in on every session.
Design:: Once home to the May Hosiery Mill, the American Syrup Company, and at one time also a tobacco warehouse, Houston Station has over a century of history. The building has been in operation as a venue since 2008 and features high wood beams, exposed brick, and beautiful hardwood floors. The CSX railway sits right out the back door. Our vendor friendly policy and trans formative layout options allow you to have the event you want, every time.

Food, Restaurants, Cafes:: Across the hall from our main event room is Noteable Blends blending and coffee room. This eclectic coffee club has a true Nashville vibe and makes a great additional space for your guests to gather and enjoy themselves. Rental of the room gives you coffee + cappuccinos, lattes, espresso, Italian sodas, and teas available until the end of your event. A stage is available for performances. Noteable Blends is a separate contract from Events Nashville at Houston Station. If you book the venue, you have first dibs on the coffee room, so long as it is available on your event date.

Hello November! For Tennesseans this month means that the autumn weather has officially been welcomed in. This also means that everyone forgets about Thanksgiving and dives head first into the December holiday season…

For the wedding industry this means that hectic, busy wedding season is over and now is the prime time for engagements! Which we LOVE, because every engagement leads to a wedding (obviously)! That doesn’t go to say that there aren’t any November weddings and for the ones who are having a beautiful autumn wedding, we have collaborated a whimsical fall inspiration board just for you!

There are so many great qualities to having a wedding in the Autumn. Not only does the fall foliage do wonders for your outdoor photos, but no one will be passing out from heat stroke, your menu can have all of your favorite foods (including pumpkin everything), and the colors you can use! Oh my word, they are fabulous! There’s something about a wedding in the fall that makes it so intimate and special.
