You might not expect disc jockeys to have to continue their education past staying up-to-date with the most current music and equipment, but Cosmo Creations, StudioWed’s premier DJ service, has challenged that! Not only does Cosmo Creations provide non-cheesy, affordable music, lighting, and video of an excellent caliber; they raised the bar by attending the Southeast’s DJ Retreat recently!

Cosmo Creations has been the leading DJ service in middle Tennessee since it began in 2001. They are proud members of The American Disc Jockey Association, Tennessee Disc Jockey Network, StudioWed Nashville, and The Putnam County Chamber of Commerce!

There’s just something about winter weddings that has me swooning every time. Now, I’m not a fan of the tired “snowflake motif” look or overly “CHRISTMAS!”-themed affairs, but give me a classic, beautiful, soft winter wedding (preferably with a cape or little fur stole) and my knees’ll buckle. My college friend, Emily, just got engaged a couple weeks ago (on the day she received her white coat at the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine!!!) and is now planning her classy Christmas 2012 wedding! This week’s board is dedicated to sweet Emily and her orange-and-gray future soiree!

Wedding season is at its peak right now, with the ultra-popular wedding months of September and October leading the way. Pretty much all of our StudioWed vendors are rushing around frantically this month, putting together last-minute details and wrapping up planning for beautiful fall weddings. (And getting ready for the massive influx of bookings for upcoming holiday engagements!)

Amanda & Rory’s wedding is brought to you by Simply Stunning Events. Their September 4th wedding was held at Aerial, with a beautiful evening rooftop ceremony overlooking downtown Nashville. Hillary of Brocade Designs created the STUNNING bouquets and Crumb de la Crumb prepared the four-tiered black and white wedding cake.
