Y’all know we love series up in here, so say a merry cheers to the newest weekly inspiration – “Inspiringly…” posts! I’m going to spotlight trends from all areas wedding-related. So sit down and get ready to get rid of your case of the Mondays!!!

If you see me on any kind of normal basis, it ought not to be any surprise to you that I love braids!  They’re neat, visually appealing, pretty easy and quick to do, and make anything plain look spruced up a good deal. While it can be a bit of a tricky feat to braid your own hair, with enough practice and patience, all can be accomplished. (And for the faint of heart, you can always ask a skilled friend.)

Recently I’ve seen braids venturing out into the wedding scene, and I absolutely adore them! From a long-haired bridesmaid at a Delightful Day wedding I helped coordinate who threw her hair into a side pony and fishtailed it all the way down to the fancier styles I’ve seen on wedding blogs, this trend is a perfect summertime (read: cool!) staple for everyone’s hairstyling repertoire.
