Announcing the Nashville Wedding Venue Crawl featuring StudioWed’s own preferred Nashville wedding venue, Houston Station, as well as Ruby, The Bridge Building and OZ. This exciting traveling affair is set for Sunday, August 4 and will be a great opportunity to see some of the most creative and unique event venues Nashville has to offer!
Make a day of visiting all 4 of these great venues. There will be transportation between the venues and each will be staged for an event, complete with catering, cocktails, and vendor displays. So join them for a Sunday-funday of party-scouting with your fiance, best friend or mother. Here’s some of the fun that will be going on:
Decor – All 4 venues will be decorated for receptions complete with lighting, furniture, food and bars. Can’t imagine what a venue looks like when tricked out? This one’s for you. Need a little creative spark? You too.
Food + Drink – The word “crawl” was intentional for it’s proper implication that bars will be present. This should take the edge off venue shopping and get a companion to sign on with you.
Logistics – Here’s the cool part. Park at an assigned venue and a shuttle will take you to all 4 venues. A tour guide will regale you en route.
Vendors – You can meet and strategize with the actual vendors responsible for the parties, including the rentals, lighting, food, bar, music, flowers, valet, and photography.
Day/Time – We want this to be easy. The day is Sunday and the time is 12 – 4 pm (you will be sent your starting location prior to the date).
