What are some points brides should have when meeting with different venues?
Know what you are paying for. Hotels may require you do your catering through them, however all your set-up is included with your reception space. Rentals for tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, china, etc. can add up quickly. Make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Also, how quickly does the venue respond to your calls and emails when you are first inquiring? If the manager is taking days to respond to you before you book, how will they be after you have signed a contract? Something to think about.
